Right, click on Computer then go to Properties after then go to System information.

What to Check and Prepare Before Installing –Update the computer you are using to the latest version.
Run Windows Update to update to the latest version of software. Install the latest updates using Windows Update in the Control Panel. Be sure to save all important data on external storage devices such as USB, external HDD, or network folders. I recommended backing up your personal Windows settings, contacts, photos, documents, videos, music, etc. to avoid losing data.
Launch Windows 10 upgrade through Windows Update
First of all go to Windows Update screen in Windows 8 and click the Check for Updates link. When the check was over you will see,
Click on get started to upgrade your windows
Now,You may be able to get Windows 10, but it still requires that you agree to a license/user agreement
Installation process
After you start the process of update, your PC will immediately restart. From that point on you will just have to wait for the update to finish. During the update the screen was blank for over an hour, so please don't panic and turn your PC on in this session.
Your PC may also restart several times during the update, suddenly you will reach a screen that asks if you want to do an Express Configuration or a Custom Configuration.
I choose for Express setting.
When the whole update is complete, you will be presented with the Windows 10.
Of course, there is also the new web browser, Microsoft Edge too.
Now, Get Windows 10 without using Windows Update
If you would like to get Windows 10 without going through the update process,for a clean install for then you will have to download the Windows 10 ISO file From the Official site of Microsoft.
If you are using Windows Vista or Windows XP PC you would like to update,then you have to purchase Windows 10.
Windows 10 Home will cost you $119, while Windows 10 Pro will cost $199.
